Green, non-toxic, high boiling point, low freezing point, low volatile diol ester solvent.
It is an ideal film forming agent for water-based system. It has good film forming effect and can reduce film forming temperature for emulsion polymer system, which is suitable for occasions where products are difficult to form film (such as: high glass transition temperature and low construction environment temperature).

It is especially suitable for all kinds of emulsion coatings, such as emulsions, latex paints, adhesives, building coatings, etc., which are synthesized from (methyl) acrylate, styrene and vinyl acetate.
Compared with other coalescent agents, CS-12 has freezing point which can effectively reduce the minimum film forming temperature of emulsion paint, promote the film forming process of emulsion paint, and enhance wet film performance, improve the film performance of emulsion paints. It has good paint stability, thus improving the adhesion, flatness, brightness, wash-ability, anti-sagging and leveling properties of the paint.
The product can be used directly. Under proper mixing, it can be added into the film system slowly.
Shelf Life: 24 months when stored in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from incompatible materials.
