Appearance: white granular power

Characteristic:

  1. To exchange Calcium and Magnesium capacity is higher than 4A Zeolite, it is equivalent to STPP, water soften speed is quick, soften capacity is strong and temperature scope is wide.

  2. Good compatibility with many kinds of surfactants(especially non-ionic surfactants), and with self-consistent stain removable ability.

  3. It is easy to dissolve in water, 100ml water can dissolve more than 20g.

  4. Good characteristic of penetrating, emulsifying, suspension and anti-sediment for stain, pH buffering capacity is strong too.

  5. It is applicable to the slurry preparation, post-blending etc process. The product has good whiteness, fluidity and stability.

  6. Environmental friendly.

· Test method:

  • 2g sample (accuracy to 0.001g) to 50ml distilled water in beaker, agitate it with magnetic force

  • Use 0.5mol/L HCL solution to titrate till the pH value decline from 11 to 8

  • Read the consumed HCl solution Volume

1. Suggested processing sequence:   

   Water --->    Liquid caustic soda  --->    Sulfonic acid  --->    Sodium silicate  --->    Sodium carbonate  --->    APSM  --->    SSA  

2. To replace STPP, meanwhile solve the Zeolite's disadvantages, we are now producing silicates series products: MSD and APSM, below is the comparison of the main indexes of STPP, Zeolite, APSM and MSD/CSDS:

3. APSM can not completely replace STPP due to STPP's features of:
- Enhancing the emulsifying and dispersing power, to increase the solubility of protein and dust which normally existing in the fabrics from daily life
- Anti-caking agent for detergent powder. Since detergent powder is easily caking in exposed air, STPP can absorb the moisture and become Hexahydrate, which is dry and free flowing

4. We normally list 2 years as the shelf life in our COA, the real shelf life is actually much longer than 2 years if it's stocked in good condition (bags are sealed enough, away from direct sun-light, moisture and other incompatible chemical materials)
