Appearance: white to light yellow flowing powder.
Solubility: soluble in water.
Characteristic:
1. Xanthan Gum is the light yellow powder produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas Campestris;
2. Xanthan Gum can make the surface of product fine and smooth but not subside. It can be easy to make more small foams with different Ph value and salt-resistant products.
Xanthan Gum can be widely used into cosmetic and toothpaste as stabilizer, water retaining agent or adhesive. And it can be also used together with CMC and other gel.
We normally list 3 years as the shelf life in our COA, the real shelf life can be slightly longer than 3 years if it's stocked in good condition (bags are sealed enough, away from direct sun-light, moisture and other incompatible chemical materials).
