Application
As a quality improver, it can improve the complexing metal ions, pH value and ionic strength of food, thus improving the adhesion and water holding capacity of food.
China's regulations can be used for cheese, the maximum use of 5g/kg; The maximum usage in western ham, meat, fish, shrimp and crab is 3.0g/kg; The maximum use is 0.5g/kg in canned goods, fruit juices, beverages and dairy products.
