Detailed Photos
Main Application
1. Dry cleaner for natural and synthetic fiber;
2. Degreasing detergent for metal products;
3. Solvent and raw material for chemical synthetic processing.
Function in dry cleaning:
1. PCE can dissolve many organic stains like protein, oil, tar, rubber, natural resin, PE resin and etc. So PCE dry cleaner is very suitable to clean fabrics with oil stains, and there is almost no harm to various fibers;
2. PCE Dry cleaner is safe when using due to PCE's feature of nonflammable, no flash point and not explosive;
3. PCE can be easily recycled due to it's low boiling point;
4. PCE is relatively heavier than water, the running impact is helpful during the dry cleaning processing.
Disadvantages of PCE in dry cleaning: PCE is toxic to human and surroundings
LDL (Oral Rabbit) | LDL (Oral Dog) | LDL (Oral Cat) | |
Perchloroethylene | 5000mg/kg | 4000mg/kg | 4000mg/kg |

Important Notice
1. PCE is toxic chemical material, it's nonflammable, but it will evaporate when exposed in the air, so the PCE dry cleaner must be maintained regularly and carefully, to prevent any possible leakage, also the related workers must be trained systematically and protected thoroughly during working;
2. When human is exposed to the vaporized PCE surroundings, he will feel headache, dizzy, sleepy, unconscious, and it's even fatal when exposed long time in high concentration surroundings, what's more, PCE will stay in protein of body and it will be release to blood slowly;
3. We normally list 12 months as the shelf life in our COA, the real shelf life can be slightly longer than 12 months if it's stocked in good condition (drums are sealed enough, away from direct sun-light, moisture and other incompatible chemical materials).
