One Customer Service Executive for One client.  

From the moment you placing your order, we will assign a Customer Service Executive to follow your order and keep you updated on fixed period basis ( For container shipments, it’s normally on weekly basis), till the moment your cargo getting on board, then you can keep tracking your cargo on carriers’ tracking systems.


2. All in One

All the questions related to your orders, you just need to deal with One person.

No matter it’s related to production, inspection, documents, shipping status or any complains, you just talk to one of our Customer Service Executives, who is responsible for collecting all the answers for you at the soonest, no more long-time waiting, no more bureaucratic kicking around.


3. All for One

Our Customer Service Executives only have one KPI, that is Customer Satisfaction.

We fully understand the expectations from the industrial clients to their suppliers: smooth delivery without too many stories!
