Product Description:
Defoamer 703 is an anti-foam agent specially designed for low-foam type laundry powder, it’s a blend of polydimethyloxane (PDMS), silicon dioxide (Silica), starch, sodium sulfate (SSA), and polyacrylic acid.
As the main active component, PDMS is a non-toxic type anti-foaming agent which is widely used in food and pharmaceutical industries.
Main indexes:
Low foam type washing powder.
Function in detergent industry:
Defoamer 703 can only be added after spray-drying.
Suggested dosage is 5%, but considering the possible co-effect with other components in the formula, it’s very important to test on site before mass production.
We normally list 1 years as the shelf life in our COA, the real shelf life is actually longer than 1 years if it's stocked in good condition (bags are sealed enough, away from direct sun-light, moisture and other incompatible chemical materials).
