DPA 75 is Panthenol, Panthenol has more stable properties, better permeability and easy to penetrate the skin barrier. Panthenol is mainly used as moisturizer and skin conditioner in cosmetics. It can enhance the moisturizing effect of the product, relieve dry skin and enhance skin hydration. At the same time, it also has certain anti-inflammatory and repair effects.
